As part of our ongoing security efforts, we recently conducted a random password audit for both Computer Login and Webmail accounts across various operational areas.

The audit identified the use of default, weak, easily guessable, or non-standard passwords. Such practices pose a serious risk of unauthorized access, data breaches, and potential disruption to our critical operations.

Please remember that most of our important work happens through Webmail Cloud Fusion, so it’s critical to use strong, secure, and compliant passwords to protect your accounts and maintain the integrity of our systems.
