Alaska lawmakers are moving toward issuing subpoenas related to an audit of oil and gas taxes collected by Gov. Mike Dunleavy's administration, after the governor vetoed a bill that would have clarified the role of the legislative auditor.
On more than 30 occasions, wild orcas have attempted to share their food with people, potentially to develop relationships with humans, researchers have found.
