They have all been subjects for the Weekend Interview, a new Bloomberg series that will grow into a visualized podcast in the coming months. I’m throwing everything I have learned in 25+ years as a journalist and interviewer into these conversations, with a global roster of guests spanning government, business, technology and culture.
We kicked off with Elon Musk in a conversation that became, at least at times, rather heated. We talked to Ukraine’s finance minister about how people are not perfect in wartime, and to media veteran Tina Brown about women of substance being “frothy” on Instagram. This weekend, we have the chief executive of the British Library unpacking the cyberattack that turned the national institution into a crime scene.
