This 3-hour virtual training will teach you how to respond to accommodation requests involving religion, disability and pregnancy in compliance with federal EEO laws. Get the tools to confidently engage in the interactive process, determine undue hardship, as well as recognize and prevent retaliation.
This webinar will be led by EEOC San Francisco District Director Christopher Green and his predecessor Nancy Sienko, who notes "Together, Chris and I have years of experience enforcing these laws and training EEOC investigators on them."

Green added, "We will also share our perspective as managers who have fielded accommodations requests ourselves!" Come for the real-world examples, stay for the opportunity to train with accessible and practical EEOC experts.
Cost: $300/per person
- This course has been approved for 3 hours of continuing legal education for Nevada and California.
- The U.S. EEOC is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®. This activity has been approved for 3 hours credit.

This program has been pre-approved for 3 hours of HR (General) credit toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
- This course meets 3 Hours of the yearly 8-hour refresher training requirements for federal agency Investigator OR Counselor training.
