BIPOC Mental Health Month
Just as physical health is essential for our bodies to function properly, mental health is crucial for our overall well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, influencing our ability to handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Good mental health is not just the absence of mental illness; it's about having a positive sense of well-being, the ability to manage life's challenges, and the capacity to thrive. Recognizing that mental health is an integral part of our health encourages us to seek help when needed, reduce stigma, and promote a holistic approach to wellness.
