Aloha, and happy Friday!
What a week it's been! So fantastic! I spent the past 7 days with my college besties, 14 of us in one home in Maui.
It was our annual reunion with no kids, no partners, just us for the past 36 years. So much food, so much drink, so much sand and surf, and so many laughs and stories to share.
It was absolutely the best!
I was in charge of the menu (naturally) from a 4th of July burgers and dogs bash to bountiful breakfasts and lunch wraps.
To keep things easy, I was planning on buying macaroni salad and potato salad from the store, but they looked so gross I couldn't NOT make my homemade versions.
