Samsung is developing Auto DeX, a new feature designed to serve as an Android Auto alternative, with a car-optimized interface and dashboard. Early leaks reveal a layout similar to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, including a map view, music controls and a taskbar with app shortcuts.

Belkin will end support for most Wemo smart home devices on Jan. 31, 2026, with only devices configured through Apple HomeKit continuing to function. Features relying on cloud connectivity and voice assistants will cease to work, and the Wemo app will not be updated.

Boxing legend Mike Tyson has partnered with ecommerce platform ChaChing to create Price Fighter, a digital retail platform that redirects a portion of selling fees back to customers. The platform charges sellers a flat 5% fee and allows them to decide how much to return to shoppers, and Tyson is promoting Price Fighter as a solution where both merchants and families benefit financially from each transaction.

Wegmans has started testing Instacart's Caper Carts in four stores in upstate New York as part of a broader effort to enhance the in-store experience. The smart carts, which are being tested at the Dewitt store in Syracuse, N.Y., allow customers to track spending in real-time, log into loyalty programs and pay directly from the cart.
