Cook County Democrats hold off endorsement decision for county assessor, don’t back Board of Review incumbent

Cook County Democrats punted Thursday on endorsing anyone for Cook County assessor, putting two-term incumbent Fritz Kaegi at risk of an open primary fight as he vies for a third term.
