Our Athletics and Activities registration platform has changed, please be patient as we mitigate any issues that arise.
Below you will find all the information you will need to register your high school student(s) for Robinson's 2025-2026 Athletic and Activities season.

2025-2026 Coaches Information
- Visit Athletics & Activities Registration 2025-2026: All registrants need to create an account for the 25-26 school year and register your high school student(s) for the 2025-2026 athletic/activities team(s) they would like to try out for. Please select each sport/activity that your student is interested in.
- You must submit a current VHSL Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Evaluation Form (revised April 2025) signed by a licensed physician to the Activities Office or email a scanned copy to our Athletic Trainers, Jeff Perry at JgPerry@fcps.edu and Madison Morin at MvMorin@fcps.edu.
- We will hold Physical Drop-Off Days on July 30 and July 31 from 9:00–11:00 AM inside of the Main Entrance of the school (Door 1).
Legislation introduced in the Virginia General Assembly and recently signed into law will result in a significant change to the athletic pre-participation examination (physical) requirements for FCPS student-athletes:
- Once you have completed all of the required fields with a red * on the registration form, click Continue.
- Once you have reviewed the registration information, you can then click Submit to complete your registration. You will be able to register multiple students under one account!
STUDENT TRANSFER:
If you did not attend Robinson Secondary School for the entire school year last year and therefore will answer no to the transfer question during your registration, you must click on the link below to the Athletic Eligibility and Transfer Gateway to begin the eligibility determination process once you have completed your registration. This does not apply to incoming freshmen. All transfer students will be considered ineligible to participate in athletics until the process of determining athletic eligibility has been completed.

INSURANCE:
Any student participating in voluntary after school athletic programs, must have medical/accident insurance. Families may choose to purchase student accident coverage, serviced by K&K Insurance Group Inc. to satisfy this requirement. If this policy is purchased, the coverage is only effective for one school year. Families who choose to purchase student accident coverage through K&K will need to do so each school year that their student is participating in extracurricular athletic programs. The purchased policy does not automatically renew or carry over from one school year to the next. https://www.fcps.edu/school-health-services/voluntary-student-insurance
