Dear Nawet

As we reach the mid-way point of 2025, the IAPB Communications, Campaign and Events team is delighted to bring you the latest edition of our INSIGHT newsletter – your window into the impactful work driving IAPB’s 2030 In Sight strategy.

As a sector, we continue to work hard to elevate eye health as an economic, social and development issue; integrate eye care into wider health care systems; and activate demand from the ground up.

IAPB’s communications and campaign work celebrates the efforts of nearly 300 members, supporting members to ensure that governments take action. Together, we are all working towards a world where eye care is accessible, available, and affordable for everyone.

This issue of the INSIGHT newsletter spotlights how our campaigns, communications and event initiatives are helping turn the objectives of the 2030 In Sight strategy into reality.

We hope you enjoy this edition and thank you for being an important part of our work.

Best wishes,

Simon Darvill

IAPB Director of Communications, Campaigns & Events
