Owlet has introduced the budget Dream Sight baby monitor with Wi-Fi capability, higher resolution and seamless setup, aiming to attract more new parents. The Dream Sight will be available on Owlet's website and through retailers such as Amazon, Target and Walmart, and it is expected to significantly boost Owlet's revenue, which reached $78.1 million in 2024.

From Blue Chips to Startups
Vimeo is in a deal to be acquired by Bending Spoons in a $1.38 billion all-cash deal expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of this year. Bending Spoons CEO Luca Ferrari said that "after closing, we're determined to make ambitious investments in the US and other priority markets, and all key areas of the business, spanning both the creator and enterprise offerings."

May Mobility and Zoox have launched public robotaxi services in Atlanta and Las Vegas, respectively. May Mobility's service on the Lyft app includes safety drivers, while Zoox's free rides operate without them. May Mobility's next plans include deploying in Arlington, Texas, via Uber and Zoox is targeting San Francisco, Austin and Miami.
