Hotels are investing in content strategies that highlight guest experiences and amenities and promote two-way communication to engage travelers and cultivate loyalty.

Bending Spoons to acquire Vimeo for $1.38B
Vimeo is in a deal to be acquired by Bending Spoons in a $1.38 billion all-cash deal expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of this year. Bending Spoons CEO Luca Ferrari said that "after closing, we're determined to make ambitious investments in the US and other priority markets, and all key areas of the business, spanning both the creator and enterprise offerings."

May Mobility, Zoox debut robotaxis in select US cities

May Mobility and Zoox have launched public robotaxi services in Atlanta and Las Vegas, respectively. May Mobility's service on the Lyft app includes safety drivers, while Zoox's free rides operate without them. May Mobility's next plans include deploying in Arlington, Texas, via Uber and Zoox is targeting San Francisco, Austin and Miami.
