An approach rooted deep in care for the land, and a commitment to quality, biodiversity, and sustainability.
What truly sets Camino Lot 25 apart is the intention behind it: Aliss’s regenerative farming practices, her focus on rare varietals like Gesha, and her deep respect for the surrounding ecosystem.
Aliss Hartmann is a third-generation coffee producer and a steward of one of Panama’s most respected coffee legacies. After growing up on Finca Hartmann, she established Finca Momoto in 2018, a small, high-elevation farm in Santa Clara dedicated to cultivating rare and expressive varietals.
Aliss’s approach is rooted in deep care for the land and a commitment to quality, biodiversity, and sustainability. Her work is both a continuation of her family’s legacy and a bold step forward, producing coffees that reflect her vision, precision, and passion for excellence.
