State Terrorism Charges Against Luigi Mangione Are Dismissed

Two charges, including one that charged Mangione with first-degree murder, was “legally insufficient,” a judge said. The 27-year-old, who is accused in the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare’s chief executive last year, is still facing a second-degree murder charge.
