Important Update from Glasgow Subway

Hi 

We are writing to inform you that the current Subway smart ticketing website — www.mybramble.co.uk — will be retired on 22nd September 2025.

As a registered user of this platform, you are receiving this message to ensure you are aware of the upcoming changes and how they may affect your account.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new and improved smart ticketing website: www.smart.spt.co.uk, which will go live on 1st October 2025.

What This Means for You....

  • Between 22nd September and 1st October, online account management and ticket purchases will be temporarily unavailable.
  • Until 22nd September you can still purchase Subway season tickets online up to 28 days in advance.
  • During the transition period, PAYG credit and season tickets will be available for purchase at all Subway stations.

Your Account:

  • After 1st October you should register on the new website using the same email address as for the existing website.
  • You will be required to set up a password on the new website. 
  • If you use the same email address, your existing Smartcard will be automatically associated to your new account.

Your smartcard will remain fully functional throughout this transition.

Auto-Top-Up & Auto-Renewal:

  • If you have a PAYG auto-top-up agreement, you will need to re-establish it on the new site.
  • If you have a season ticket auto-renewal, please contact us for guidance.

We will send a follow-up email on 23rd September with further details and instructions.
