We’re hiring a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator to join our growing functional medicine clinic. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to help people heal, thrive, and live symptom-free through science-driven, cost-effective care.
In this role, you’ll:
Answer client questions with clarity and care
Prepare accurate charts for providers
Support patient retention with thoughtful follow-up
Keep communication flowing between clients and our team
Ensure smooth clinic operations
We’re looking for someone warm and organized, passionate about health, with 4+ years of healthcare admin experience who is excited to grow with us for the long term.
