11 Elected Officials Arrested While Trying to Access Cells at N.Y.C. ICE Facility

Federal officers arrested 11 Democratic officials in Lower Manhattan after they demanded access to cells used detain migrants. Brad Lander, the city comptroller, and Jumaane Williams, the public advocate, were among those detained.
