Technical Impact:

Between 13:00 ET and 13:30 ET there may be intermittent disruptions to IDM HUB API services, in the PROD environment.  Users may encounter brief errors during this period when applying for or updating roles, attempting to complete ID proofing, or accessing some application services.  If this occurs users should wait several minutes and retry any operations that may encounter an error.

Details:

During this maintenance window the IDM team will be performing infrastructure updates that may result in brief interruptions to IDM HUB API services during a 15-30 minute window starting around 13:00 ET.  No change to existing services is taking place as a result of this work.
 
IDM Okta authentication (login) services will not be impacted and will remain operational during the maintenance window, however, any application that uses IDM HUB API services from the IDM PROD environment (for example: Role Request, RIDP, AuthZ, or Okta Proxy services) may be impacted as some infrastructure changes are applied and services are restarted.
 

As noted above, if users encounter any errors or problems during this maintenance window they should wait several minutes and then retry any operations that may encounter an error.
