ZPA Diagnostic logs Issue
Customer Impact: Impacted customers may observe intermittent gaps or delays in dashboard telemetry and log visibility. Core traffic flows remain unaffected.

Zscaler has detected an issue impacting the private.zscaler.com Cloud in the US region. A subset of customers on US1, US3, and US4 may observe the following:

  • Diagnostics dashboards may show incomplete / partial data.
  • Alerts tied to these components may trigger false positives.
  • Nanolog-enabled dashboards may experience intermittent timeouts.

There is no impact to live traffic. ZCC enrollment and ZPA logins remain fully functional, and all production services continue to operate normally.

Zscaler has isolated the underlying cause affecting telemetry visibility within the impacted clouds. Mitigation work is in progress to restore complete dashboard data fidelity.
