Customer Impact: Impacted customers may observe intermittent gaps or delays in dashboard telemetry and log visibility. Core traffic flows remain unaffected.

Zscaler has detected an issue impacting the private.zscaler.com Cloud in the US region. A subset of customers in the impacted environments may observe the following:

  • Diagnostics dashboards may show incomplete / partial data.
  • Alerts tied to these components may trigger false positives.
  • Nanolog-enabled dashboards may experience intermittent timeouts.

There is no impact to live traffic. ZCC enrollment and ZPA logins remain fully functional, and all production services continue to operate normally.

Zscaler has isolated the underlying cause affecting telemetry visibility within the impacted cloud. Mitigation work is in progress to restore complete dashboard data fidelity. We will continue to publish updates here as mitigation progresses or as additional material information becomes available.

Zscaler has implemented the required mitigation steps across the impacted environments. Two of the affected environments are already restored, and the final environment is actively progressing mitigation. Zscaler is monitoring closely to ensure stability and sustained service availability.
