Trump administration appeals injunction restricting use of force in ‘Operation Midway Blitz’

The Trump administration on Monday asked an appeals court to immediately halt Judge Sara Ellis’ preliminary injunction restricting the use of force in “Operation Midway Blitz,” saying her order is “overbroad and unworkable” and usurps the executive branch’s power to enforce the nation’s laws.
