Synaptics and Qualcomm Technologies have teamed up to improve fingerprint and touch sensor technologies for mobile devices and PCs, combining Synaptics' human-interface expertise with Qualcomm's computing and biometric security capabilities. The collaboration targets the growing market for flexible OLED displays and sets out to simplify designs for original equipment manufacturers, enhance security and performance and expedite time to market.
