The victim did not sustain any injuries. Officers located the subject nearby. The investigation revealed that the subject was under the influence of alcohol. The victim declined to prosecute for the assault. Mesfin Tadesse, 59, of Reston was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Drunk in Public. Tadesse was held until he was deemed sober. (2025-17196)

Mesfin Tadesse, 59, of Reston was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Drunk in Public and Petit Larceny. Tadesse was held on no bond. Warrant Service Arrest

CVS, 10090 Fairfax Blvd.

November 16, 2025 • 3:58 a.m.

An officer on routine patrol observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle attempted to elude the officer but eventually stopped. The investigation revealed that the driver had an active warrant for their arrest. During a search of the person the officer found narcotics. Gianny Kuk-Espinoza, 22, of Herndon was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Eluding Police, Driving on a Suspended License, and Possession of a Schedule II Drug. Kuk-Espinoza was also served her warrant for Failure to Appear. Kuk-Espinoza was held on no bond. (2025-17286)
