If you do not wish to place an order, the photos and albums in your Shutterfly account will remain in our reserve servers. This means you are not able to download or share your photos until you make a purchase. You will still have access to your Shutterfly account and can create new projects or make a purchase at any time. Can I still use and access my account? Yes, you will still have access to your account, and can upload new photos and make purchases.
How will my photos being archived affect any orders I do submit? Any order with inactive photos will experience delays in processing, which could affect your mail order delivery date and in-store pickup time. What happens if I place an order after my photos are archived? Once you place your order, Shutterfly will move your photos back to active and you can access as normal. Future orders will process normally and you will be able to download and share photos from your account. How will I know that my photos have been archived? You will see a message in your photo library once you log in to your account.
