Rosa’s isn’t just about Thai food; it’s a story of remarkable journeys, our co-founder Saiphin’s perseverance, and her dedication to bringing real Thai cooking, local Thai ingredients and family recipes to the UK.
 
Have you ever wondered who ‘Rosa’ really is? It all started in 2008 when Saiphin and her husband Alex took over 'Rosa's Cafe' in the East End of London, and as a nod to English tradition and heritage, they decided to keep the name. And so the name stuck.
 
Fast forward to now, our commitment to serving real Thai dishes is still going strong. We source our ingredients straight from Thai farms, so every Pad Thai, curry, and soup carries a taste of home with every bite (or slurp), just how it should be.
