Samsung Electronics will launch the $2,449 Galaxy Z TriFold, a smartphone that folds twice, in the US in early 2026, after an initial release in South Korea and other markets. The TriFold offers a 10-inch display when open with a 6.5-inch cover screen when folded. The launch comes as competition from Chinese brands intensifies and Apple is expected to enter the foldable segment.

Amazon has introduced an Alexa+ feature for Fire TV that lets users jump to specific scenes in Prime Video movies using natural language voice commands. The feature uses visual understanding and captions through the X-Ray feature to identify scenes based on descriptions, quotes or character actions across thousands of films, with plans to expand to more movies and TV shows.
