Before she writes a recap:
“Turn this into a crisp mutual plan. Include dates and owner names.”
“Scan this pipeline. Flag any deals with ghosting, vague urgency, or no exec
sponsor.”
Not to replace judgment. To sharpen it.
Your deal doesn’t die when a buyer says no.
It dies when nobody owns the next move.
