The reviews are officially in. Our new Khao Soi Noodle Soup and Waterfall Beef are a hit at Rosa’s Bath.

These dishes bring two different kinds of heat to the table. Khao Soi, noodles in a rich, comforting soup, uses curry paste from our family factory in Trang. Topped with the good stuff like pickled mustard greens, crispy fried noodles and a wedge of fresh lime.

While our Waterfall Beef, a legendary Thai dish, brings a bright kick of chilli from its tangy Nam Jim Jaew dressing, fresh herbs, and sticky rice.
