The Indiana House passed a new congressional map drawn to net Republicans two seats in next year’s midterm elections, setting up a major clash in the state Senate.

The GOP leader of the Indiana Senate has said there aren’t enough votes for the map that could give the party control of all nine of Indiana’s congressional districts, despite pressure from President Donald Trump.
