Effective January 30, 2026, Authentic Brands Group LLC (“ABG”) will be acquiring certain assets from Levi Strauss & Co. (“LS&Co.”), including Dockers' U.S. customer marketing database. This may include your name, email address, billing and mailing addresses, and purchase information.

Opting out means that you will no longer be able to log into the Dockers website, access your account, leverage member benefits through the Dockers' loyalty program (where offered) or receive email marketing about Dockers offers and products once the transfer is complete.
If you take no action, then your personal information will be transferred to ABG and its local operating partner, Centric Brands LLC (“Centric Brands”), on January 30, 2026 and used in accordance with their privacy policies, available here:
If you submit an opt-out request but have a pending transaction, we will transfer any personal information to ABG to the extent necessary to complete Dockers’ obligations related to the transaction (for example, delivery of merchandise, return handling, and customer service).
