It was a quiet week for the Stallion athletics programs with the Indoor Track team the only ones competing. A small group travelled to New York on Saturday for the highly competitive U.S. Marine Corp Holiday Classic and ran against a field of top runners from over 100 schools across the east coast. Among that competition, Amiyah Curry ran a 7.3s 55m dash to finish 3rd and took 1st in the long jump with an impressive leap of 18'1". Also for the girls, Mykal Mason took 5th in the 55m and 4th in the triple jump with a length of 35'. For the boys, Charles Brown brought home a 5th place finish in the 55m and 3rd in the 200m.
