We built the Boston One Bag because most travel bags force a tradeoff somewhere. Typical three-way bags are built 'backpack first' and they either look good but pack poorly, or they pack well but quietly announce that you own hiking poles. This one was designed to avoid that problem entirely, even if it took us longer than planned to get it right.
The result is a 28L carry optimized for 3–5 day one-bag travel. Big enough to bring what you need, disciplined enough to fit under international airline seats, and structured so it doesn’t bulge into something unrecognizable once packed. It’s for people who move through airports, trains, meetings, and cities without wanting to switch bags or explain themselves.
