Office of the Spokesperson The below is attributable to Principal Deputy Spokesperson Tommy Pigott: Today, Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Paraguayan President Santiago Peña to discuss the law enforcement operation in Venezuela on January 3. Secretary Rubio thanked President Peña for Paraguay’s support in confronting narcoterrorism and strengthening security in our hemisphere.
