| Federal authorities did not publicly name the officer who killed Renee Nicole Good. But court records reviewed by The Washington Post of the prior incident in Bloomington, a suburb of Minneapolis, identify the officer as Jonathan Ross, who works for an Immigration and Customs Enforcement division that detains immigrants for civil violations and attempts to deport them. |
