Office of the Spokesperson The following is attributable to Principal Deputy Spokesperson Tommy Pigott: Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke today with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot. The two leaders discussed protests in Iran, the recent U.S. law enforcement operation in Venezuela, and diplomatic efforts to end the Russia-Ukraine war.
