Good morning, Chicago.

Sadness, frustration, appreciation — you name it, Bears players felt it after their comeback bid fell short during Sunday’s 20-17 overtime loss to the Rams in a divisional playoff game at Soldier Field.

“It's kind of like your life flashes before your eyes,” guard Jonah Jackson said. “The year flashes before your eyes."

“It takes a while,” wide receiver Rome Odunze said. “Disappointment, obviously.”

Safety Jaquan Brisker didn’t want to take off his jersey after the game and just lingered in the locker room. “Really just hurting,” said Brisker, who will be an unrestricted free agent. “We lost a playoff game, especially here in Chicago. I hate losing. It could have been my last time in a Bears uniform, and obviously I wanted to soak that in.”

Here's what we heard from the Bears at Halas Hall yesterday.
