MDM Alert: Issue with T-MSIS Data

Dear MDM users,

On 1/20/2026, the MDM team identified an issue with data in the mdd_prvdr_dm_adr_hstry table. The data in columns SRC_SYS_REC_DESC and REC_STUS_CD are transposed.

We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. A follow-up alert will be sent out when the issue is resolved.
