The real reason “trying harder” isn't working

Dear Iza,

Many of us came through last year feeling bruised, especially when it comes to money.

Not panicked.
Not desperate.
But carrying that quiet, constant awareness of it.

And while a new year can feel like a fresh beginning, the truth is, time just keeps moving.

The calendar changes, but our internal dialogue often doesn't.

I notice that for many people, money still runs in the background of their minds.

A low-level pressure.
A steady hum of concern.
And here's the thing most people miss…

That constant mental noise creates resistance.

Wealth doesn't respond to tension.

Attraction doesn't happen in survival mode.

Abundance flows when the nervous system feels safe, calm, and receptive.

Which is why the real work isn't “trying harder” or forcing positive thinking it's becoming intentional about your thoughts and emotions around money.

So here's my invitation for you today:
First, simply notice the quality and frequency of the thoughts you're having about money.

No judgment. Just awareness.

Then take a few slow, deep breaths.
Let your body soften.
Signal safety to your nervous system.

And finally surrender to the knowing that abundance is already finding its way to you.

You don't have to grip the steering wheel so tightly.

Take your hands off for a moment.
Give the Divine space to do its part.
Wealth moves best when we allow it.

To your abundant success,
Nat

P.S. One of my favorite ways to calm the mind and open the channel for abundance is this special 19-minute audio MP3 that gently “reprograms” your brain for wealth.

All you have to do is listen and let it work.
