Hello and happy Sunday!
This week's meal plan includes: copycat Zuppa Toscana, super juicy turkey burgers with killer garlic fries, smothered pork chops and green beans, marry me shrimp pasta, easy chicken and dumplings, game day chicken nachos, and my favorite Italian salad that goes with just about everything.
The Main Dish:
• Monday Main: Creamy Zuppa Toscana - No shade at all to the OG (Olive Garden), but my homemade Zuppa Toscana recipe blows theirs out of the water.
• Tuesday Main: Super Juicy Turkey Burgers - Say goodbye to dry, crumbly turkey burgers and hello to moist and juicy patties that can be cooked in a skillet, on the grill, or in the oven.
• Wednesday Main: Smothered Pork Chops - This one-skillet recipe for juicy pork chops smothered in mushroom gravy is my definition of comfort food!
• Thursday Main: Marry Me Shrimp Pasta - Incredibly rich, savory, and lush with big, juicy shrimp and al dente pasta swimming in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce.
• Friday Main: Easy Chicken and Dumplings - This easy to make recipe of creamy chicken and veggies topped with fluffy dumplings is the ultimate comfort food and tastes like something your Grandma would have made.
