Office of the Spokesperson Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy Sarah Rogers will travel to Dublin, Budapest, Warsaw, and Munich February 5-15, 2026. During her upcoming trip, Under Secretary Rogers will meet with government counterparts and private sector leaders to advance freedom of speech and digital freedom, strengthen American economic interests, and highlight American excellence through Freedom 250 celebrations. Under Secretary Rogers will also attend the Munich Security Conference as part of the U.S. delegation.
