February 6, 2026.  Employment and Training Administration Publishes Federal Register Notice Revising CW-1 Information Collection

On February 3, 2026, the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) published a 60-day Federal Register notice (FRN), under the Paperwork Reduction Act, proposing to revise the information collection, OMB Control Number 1205-0534, CW-1 Application for Temporary Employment Certification. The 60-day FRN did not make any substantive changes to the information collection; only minor changes were made, such as to update addresses in the instructions and to correct formatting.

Interested stakeholders must follow the instructions in the FRN on the proper submission of comments.  Comments must be received by no later than Monday, April 6, 2026.
