Tax Season Readiness: Exemptions, Taxes, Reconciling APTC, and FTR for Plan Year 2026

Description: CMS will review existing policies and provide new policy and operational changes regarding exemptions to obtain catastrophic coverage, Marketplace tax forms, including IRS Tax Form 1095-A, reconciling advanced payments of the premium tax credit (APTC), the impact of Failure to File and Reconcile (FTR), and the expiration of the Enhanced Premium Tax Credits. CMS subject matter experts will be available to answer questions.
