She was born on March 10, 1989 in Arlington Heights, IL to Charlotte Regina and Graeme Arthur Foster. Kim is survived by her parents, sister Kelsey, husband Erik Babcock, and son Liam Babcock (3)

Stanford Christian, 81, of Mount Prospect, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Christian née Vittore; his children Michael (Shelly Fox) Christian, Elizabeth (Jorge) Rosales, Kevin (Jennifer) Christian, and Brian Christian; his eight grandsons; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Visitation will be on Friday, February 20 at 10 a.m. and service at 11 a.m. at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church at 1624 E. Euclid Avenue in Mount Prospect. A luncheon at Cooper's Hawk at 583 N. Milwaukee Avenue in Wheeling will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).

Edward Anthony Kowalczyk

Edward Anthony Kowalczyk, 92, of Arlington Heights, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026. He was born in Chicago to Edward and Sophie Kowalczyk. A U.S. Army veteran, he later earned a bachelor's degree in business from DePaul University. He married Delores Berger, and together they lived in Arlington Heights for more than 60 years. He worked as a Yellow Pages sales representative for R.H. Donnelley and volunteered as a reader for the blind. A founding member and lector at St. Edna Catholic Church, he also enjoyed creating art, including woodworking and painting, and was a familiar face at Trader Joe's. He valued spirited conversation and open exchange and believed they were cornerstones of a good life. He is survived by his children and preceded in death by his wife, sister, mother, and father. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Blind Service Chicago are appreciated.
