The CMS Innovation Center will host a webinar on March 5, 2026, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET to discuss the model’s Cohort II NOFO.

Topics covered during the webinar will include model payment methodology, federal award details, and the application process. Attendees will also hear from Cohort I state awardees in Michigan, New York, and South Carolina about their experiences with the IBH Model.

IBH is a state-based model that leverages the relationships of people with Medicare and/or Medicaid with specialty behavioral health practices to provide whole-person, integrated care that better addresses their behavioral, mental, and physical health.

Presentation materials will be available on the IBH Model webpage, along with additional details about the model and the Cohort II NOFO, which can be found in the Participant Information section.

Questions can be directed to the IBH Help Desk at IBHModel@cms.hhs.gov. To stay updated on the IBH Model, subscribe to the IBH Model listserv.
