It is Thursday. Psychologically, most people have already "checked out" for the week.
They look at the weekend coming up and think: "I’ll just coast until Monday."
Here is the problem: Coasting is a habit. If you coast Thursday through Sunday, you are spending 57% of your week in "neutral."
You cannot change your life by showing up 43% of the time.
I am sending this to challenge you. Don't let the week die today. Finish the round.
