Here's a trash piece of advice lots of trainers give, A

"Ignore what you see on the scale"

Eugh, I shudder every time I see a post like this.

1. It's an early warning system that something changing

If you weigh the same after 3 months, you could've been losing fat a LOT faster.

Better to learn that in 3 weeks than 3 months.

2. It's motivation before the visuals kick in

You might not see a huge difference in how your body looks in 2 weeks.

But the scale dropping tells you that's coming next.

3. It's just data

The problem is that you don't know how to read it.

So you get upset and give up early.

If you're struggling to get the scale moving (even when you do everything right) - I made a free training just for you.

It's called 'The Stuck Scale Fix'

You can watch it right here

I'll show you my 1-minute weigh-in system that ends scale frustration for good:

✅ Know if you're actually losing fat (or not)
✅ A simple system to break any weight loss plateau
✅ Learn exactly when to adjust… and when to stay the course

Hope this helps.
