Greetings Bryant Families!
Bryant High School is incredibly fortunate to partner with outstanding organizations that provide food, clothing, and essential resources for our students. Today, I am excited to highlight a wonderful non-profit, Food for Thought-Fullness, run by Terry and Ramzy Peter. Terry and Ramzy personally manage this initiative, ensuring that all funds raised go directly toward providing "bags of hope" for Fairfax County families. These grocery bags are filled with proteins like canned meats and nut butters, shelf-stable milk, cereals, and healthy snacks that are easy for students to prepare. We are so grateful to Food for Thought-Fullness for their dedication to our community!
Speaking of incredible support, I am also pleased to share a recent FCPS “In the Spotlight” feature regarding our very own Director of Student Services (DSS), Mrs. Pipi Harrison. Mrs. Harrison first joined the Bryant community as a volunteer in 1996, and we are so thankful she chose to continue her journey here as a counselor and now as a DSS. She is a true force of support, constantly demonstrating caring acts of service, whether she is coordinating the WISH center for Saturday school, organizing food bag distributions, or seeking out new partners and donations to benefit our families. Thank you, Ms. Harrison, for being such an outstanding role model of service for our staff and students.
Take Care!

Celebrating the Power of School Breakfast
Multiple studies show that school breakfast is important in supporting overall student health by improving students’ diets and combating food insecurity. Also, students who eat school breakfast consume more fruit and fiber than their peers.
This National School Breakfast Week, FCPS Food and Nutrition Services reminds families that they are dedicated to providing flavorful, healthy, sustainable, and student-focused meals. New menu items have been launched this year based on student feedback.
