She typed out a rough description of a food tracker app - something that lets you upload a photo of your meal and get back the calories and macros. Two minutes later, Cowork had built it.
Then she showed how she'd used it to prep the training itself. She gave it a topic, some reference links, and her custom Gamma theme. Cowork researched the content, wrote the outline, and built the slides directly inside her Gamma account.
The podcast workflow was the most impressive. She built a set of Skills - reusable instructions trained on her own examples - covering titles, descriptions, LinkedIn announcements, teaser scripts.
