Bring your whole family to the Terraset Cafeteria from 6:00–7:30 PM tonight for an evening full of science, creativity, and hands-on fun presented by the Children’s Science Center. We can't wait to see you there!


Terraset Tiger Clubs

Register Now for Tiger Clubs

Many really fun (and some new!) clubs like Yoga, Irish Dancing, Minecraft Programming, and Sports Mix still have space and could be cancelled if not enough students enroll.

Registration is open for only a few more days at https://www.homeroom.com/sites/terraset-elementary-reston/enrichment

Payment options for Tiger Clubs include Affirm, credit card, and ACH.

Registration will close for all clubs on Monday, March 23 at 11 pm, so visit Homeroom.com today to secure a spot and keep all of our clubs on the schedule! 


Basketball Challenge 2026

The Basketball Challenge Is One Week Away!

The whole school is invited to come cheer on our Terraset teams on March 26 at South Lakes High School! Doors open at 5:30 and the event begins at 6:00 pm.

Don't Miss Your Chance to Pre-Order Tickets and Concessions  

You can skip the lines at the event if you pre-order tickets and food online now. Pre-orders close on Tuesday, March 24 at 8 pm.

We Need Your Help to Make the Event a Success

Please consider volunteering for a shift at the game or contribute to concessions by purchasing an item from our Amazon wish list.

Send a Basketball Challenge Candy Gram to a student or staff member of a basketball team or the cheer squad!


Terraset Spirit Week Is Next Week

It's the last week of the quarter and Basketball Challenge week, and the Terraset Ambassadors invite you to celebrate school spirit with them all week long! Watch for a flyer with more details coming home from the school soon.

There will also be a representative at the Basketball Challenge to answer any questions that Terraset families may have! 


Mark Your Calendars for Our Next PTO Meeting on April 29

The meeting will include elections for our 5 elected officers for next year. If you are interested in being slated for an elected position please email nominations@terrasetpto.org. There will also be many committee chair and member opportunities available, so please reach out to any officer or committee chair if you would like more information.


i9 Sports “I Love My School Writing Contest”– Now Open!

Our School is participating in the i9 Sports “I Love My School” Writing Contest, and we need your help! Students are invited to write 3 or more sentences explaining why they love their school for a chance to help us win a grant up to $1,000 for school improvements.

The contest runs March 16th-27th and is completed entirely online through Schoology. The school with the highest participation percentage will win the top prize. Classrooms with 100% participation will also be entered into a pizza party raffle!

We encourage families to remind students to participate before the March 27th deadline. Thank you for supporting our school and helping us share what makes it so special!

The 2026 Talent Show will be on Friday, May 29 at 6 p.m. More information will be coming soon!
