Upcoming Calendar Reminders Eid al-Fitr  Friday, March 20, is a holiday, and all schools and offices are closed.  Early Release Wednesday Wednesday, March 25, is a three-hour early release day. Quarter End/Early Release Friday, March 27, is the last day of the third quarter and a two-hour early release day for students. Spring Break Schools will be closed from Monday, March 30, to Friday, April 3, for spring break. Monday, April 6, is a teacher workday, and there will be no school for students. Around the World Heritage Night, March 26

Heritage Night will be held on March 26, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. More than just an event, this is a celebration of the cultures and stories that define our community. Come sample food, participate in games and activities, and learn traditions from all of our families. Join us for the fun! 

Kindergarten Orientation

Oak View ES will be hosting Kindergarten Orientation on Friday, April 10, from 9 - 10 a.m. Kindergarten teachers will host students and parents/guardians at the meeting and share information about what to expect and what students will learn. Special Education Family Conference

Join us for the 2026 Special Education Family Conference, Stronger Together: Connecting Families and Schools. It will be held on April 18 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Marshall High School.

Hear from internationally renowned educator and advocate Dr. Shelley Moore, connect with helpful resources, meet other families, and take part in engaging sessions.  Childcare, accommodations, and language interpretation are available.
