A Note from the Principal

Dear Daniels Run Families,

I have to say, this has been one of the most unusual weather years I have experienced in education. Between the multiple delayed arrivals for the "snowcrete" and early dismissals for rain, wind, and lightning storms—thank you for your patience and for all you are doing to get your students to school. Your flexibility is truly appreciated.

We have a very busy few weeks ahead before we head into Spring Break. Please take a moment to note these upcoming calendar adjustments:

Upcoming Dates & Reminders

• March 20 (Friday): School Holiday – No School
• March 25 (Wednesday): Three-Hour Early Release (12:45 PM Dismissal)
• We will follow the dismissal plan on file for your student.
• March 27 (Friday): Last Day of the 3rd Quarter & Two-Hour Early Release (1:45 PM Dismissal)
• Please note: Students do not stay for after-school activities this afternoon.
• March 30 – April 3: Spring Break – No School
• April 6 (Monday): Teacher Work Day – No School for Students
• April 10 (Friday): School Planning Day – No School for Students
